Jia You, Ga Yau, or "Keep it Oiled"

Welcome!  I've been blogging over the years about acting, food and personal and spiritual development.  This site will allow me to plug in items that I personally use and endorse.  For those of you not familiar with my blogs, "JiaYou, GaYau" is a literal translation of "Keep it oiled."  The expression is one of encouragement, a rallying cry.
